Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

1. Overview

Regime Vault (the "Service"), operated by ark2042, is a decentralized application that interacts with public blockchain infrastructure. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Blockchain Data

When you interact with the Service, your transactions are recorded on the Base L2 blockchain. This data is:

  • Public by nature: Wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps are visible to anyone on the blockchain.
  • Immutable: Blockchain records cannot be deleted or modified by the Operator.
  • Pseudonymous: The Service does not collect your real name, email, or other personally identifying information. Your identity is represented solely by your wallet address.

3. Data We Collect

The Service may collect the following data:

  • Wallet addresses: When you connect your wallet via RainbowKit/WalletConnect, your public address is accessed to display your position and enable transactions.
  • Usage data: Anonymous page views, navigation patterns, and interaction events may be collected for product improvement. No personally identifying information is included.
  • Technical data: Browser type, device type, and screen resolution may be collected for compatibility and performance optimization.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage for wallet connection state and user preferences (e.g., theme settings). No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes. Third-party wallet providers (RainbowKit, WalletConnect) may use their own storage mechanisms as described in their respective privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party protocols:

  • Lagoon Finance: Vault infrastructure (ERC-7540)
  • Aave V3: Lending protocol for idle USDC yield
  • CowSwap: DEX aggregator for trade execution
  • LI.FI: Cross-chain bridge aggregator
  • RainbowKit / WalletConnect: Wallet connection

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. The Operator is not responsible for the data practices of these services.

6. Data Sharing

The Operator does not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. Wallet addresses and transaction data are only shared with the blockchain (inherently public) and the integrated protocols necessary to execute requested operations.

7. Data Retention

Blockchain data is retained permanently on the Base L2 network. Off-chain usage data, if collected, is retained for no longer than 12 months and is automatically purged thereafter.

8. Your Rights

You may disconnect your wallet at any time to stop sharing your address with the Service interface. Due to the nature of blockchain technology, on-chain transactions cannot be deleted. For questions about your data, contact the Operator via the channels listed on the Service.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
